Forensics: The Real CSI (2019)

Episode Overview

Early in the morning in Newcastle, a man is brutally attacked and stabbed in his home by two masked intruders. After the assailants flee, rookie CSI Nicola Stark is tasked with investigating the scene and its surroundings, searching for any evidence that could help identify the attackers. Meanwhile, in Sunderland, a woman comes forward, claiming she was raped by two unidentified men in an apartment complex. Immediate collection of intimate samples is conducted, as they hold the best chance of pinpointing the suspects. However, the presence of two different DNA profiles complicates the process of matching them against the national database.
