Episode Overview
The Shadow Master makes his debut, commanding Jimmy to capture his twin brother and the Dragon Sword. Jimmy successfully kidnaps Billy but is unable to get his hands on the sword. When the Shadow Master tries to eliminate both brothers, they manage to escape, leading Jimmy to switch allegiances and join Billy. Together, they unite as the Double Dragons and confront the Shadow Master at the EMF plant for an epic showdown.
