Billy and Jimmy encounter a formidable chi master named Su Lien, along with her sumo wrestler disciple, Tsunami. Unfortunately, Su Lien is tricked into aiding the Shadow Master in his quest for redemption. When the Shadow Master traps Su Lien in a virtual reality device to siphon her abilities, Tsunami joins forces with the Lee brothers to save her from his clutches.
