Episode Overview

Principal Wexler assigns his student assistant Ren the task of looking into a new group at school called the "Lumberjack Club." Ren discovers that Louis has gathered fifty signatures for a petition, allowing him to secure $218 from the school to start this club. As she suspected, it's just another one of Louis's schemes, as the club's sole purpose is to indulge him, Twitty, Tawny, and Tom with endless pancakes and top-notch syrup. Ren is thrilled to receive her very own desk outside Wexler's office, complete with a nameplate. However, her excitement fades when she finds herself doing all of Wexler's tasks while he enjoys his new car. When he asks her to fire the long-time janitor, Ren stands her ground and refuses to carry out his orders. This leads to a heated argument, and she quits her role as student assistant. Almost immediately, she realizes she misses the action and decides to return to apologize.
