Episode Overview

A vessel transporting more than 300 undocumented Chinese immigrants runs aground in New York Harbor. Tragically, many lose their lives attempting to reach shore, while others are apprehended by INS agents. This incident prompts an investigation into the criminal networks operating in Chinatown. The New York Police, INS, Coast Guard, and law enforcement agencies from Thailand, Hong Kong, and Interpol collaborate to apprehend those responsible for the smuggling operations.
