In Managua, Nicaragua, a quiet automotive repair shop suddenly erupts in an explosion, claiming the lives of two individuals and disrupting the tranquility of the surrounding neighborhood. As authorities sift through the debris, they uncover a hidden bunker stocked with weapons, associated with terrorist groups, and evidence linked to possible kidnapping targets, including some of the wealthiest families in Latin America. With limited resources to pursue the perpetrators, the investigator turns to Interpol for assistance in the case.
