Episode Overview
When Lester's friend’s daughter comes to stay with the Jenkins until the Howard University dorms are ready, she experiences city life up close. Meanwhile, Sandra, who is three months behind on her rent, decides to find a roommate. Quiet and sweet Donna becomes her new roommate after the dorms are overbooked. Inspired by Sandra, Donna starts to mimic her style and attitude. Things take a turn when she ends up stealing Sandra’s boyfriend. After a conversation with Mary about her transformation, Donna gets upset and storms out. When her parents arrive to check on her, Mary buys time until Donna returns. They have a heart-to-heart, where Donna apologizes and confesses she wasn't prepared for the fast-paced lifestyle.
