Josh agrees to partner with another agent from Beverly Hills but soon suspects she may be trying to cut into his commission. Meanwhile, Chad finds it difficult to sell a luxurious condo and realizes Madison may be encroaching on his sales territory. He also attempts to carve out time for Victoria, even as a lucrative client unexpectedly arrives. Madison lists a dream home, yet his clients are grappling with challenging market conditions. In a bid to support a good cause, he gets somewhat revealing, questioning if he’s gone too far. An open house in Malibu draws all three agents, leading to some unexpected tension.
