Josh attempts to relocate a half-demolished property in Beverly Hills, only to face a fierce confrontation with a buyer's agent during the negotiation process. Inspired by Grandma Edith's life story, he takes the time to write it down. Chad believes he’s helping a friend list a house, but quickly realizes the harsh realities of the foreclosure crisis. In an effort to rekindle his romance with Victoria, he blurs the lines between work and personal life. Meanwhile, Madison secures a high-value client in a challenging market, prompting him to reevaluate his own identity. A broker invites Chad, Madison, and Josh to collaborate on a charity project, but their strong personalities lead to conflicts as they attempt to work together.
