Ben's chance to secure a profitable livestock deal with a wealthy widow depends on the sale of a run-down saloon in Upright that Hoss and Joe bought on a whim. However, they hesitate to sell when the town's drunkard, who claims to be the "saloon keeper," insists that the dilapidated Trails End Saloon might hold hidden treasures. The situation grows even more tangled when a woman arrives, asserting she's the daughter of the late owner, and proposes transforming the Trails End into a thriving saloon, hotel, and restaurant.
