Episode Overview

Kellie Conrad entertains by dancing while her father plays the fiddle to support them. After Hoss accidentally injures Kellie's father's arm during a brawl in a saloon, he feels guilty and invites them to stay at the Ponderosa while he heals. During their stay, Ben introduces Kellie to his friend Paul Mandel, a former ballet star whose career was cut short by an explosion. Inspired by Paul, Kellie asks for his guidance in ballet and soon finds herself torn between her passion for dance and her dedication to her father.
