Overview
Dolores Roach emerges from a wrongful 16-year incarceration into a transformed Washington Heights, now gentrified and unrecognizable. She reconnects with her old friend Luis, a laid-back stoner who offers her shelter and a job as a masseuse in the basement of his empanada shop. Just as she begins to find her footing, her quest for stability is jeopardized, pushing "Magic Hands" Dolores to resort to unexpected and chilling measures to ensure her survival amidst the challenges of her new reality.
