In "Creepy Comics," a struggling comic book artist faces the threat of losing his job unless he can create a truly terrifying story. When the police inform his boss about the artist's suicide, the boss discovers a comic detailing the tragic event. Overcome with fear, he suffers a heart attack. In "Louie The Dip," a pickpocket walks a fine line, as he's on his third strike. After stealing a lottery ticket from a bragging patron, Louie stashes it away, only for it to vanish.
