Overview
Tsukuda Kohei, a former aerospace researcher, now manages Tsukuda Industries, a small factory inherited from his father. While his relationship with his teenage daughter Rina is strained, business has shown signs of improvement. However, Kohei’s obsession with developing a rocket engine leads to a gradual decline in the company’s fortunes. When a major client unexpectedly withdraws support, things worsen as rival Nakashima Industries sues for patent infringement, damaging Tsukuda’s reputation and financial stability. Amidst these challenges, Teikoku Heavy Industries offers a lucrative 2 billion yen for a crucial patent, presenting a potential turning point.
