Episode Overview

Big Boss has brought in some fresh faces to his gang of Crooks. Louie The Plumber, Hyena, and Bullit gather with Big Boss to hatch a scheme to capture Highway, one of the C.O.P.S. members. Their plan is to use Highway as bait to draw in the rest of the C.O.P.S. team, forcing them to participate in a series of games designed to entertain the Crooks.
