Doc cleverly persuades Gopher to step in as a judge but soon regrets it when two charming female judges pursue Gopher's attention. Meanwhile, the parents of one engaged couple arrive, determined to prevent their children from marrying too young. One couple, after a decade of being together and nine broken engagements, seeks to finally tie the knot. A groom chooses to abandon his fiancée, leaving his best man, Marv, to deliver the heart-wrenching news, even though he harbors feelings for her himself.
