Oscar stumbles upon a covert operation involving the replication of an advanced laser and fears that Harry Green, the project’s lead, may be a double agent. Contrary to Oscar’s suspicions, Steve thinks that Green’s mind is being accessed through extrasensory perception. To investigate further, he enlists the assistance of Audrey Moss, who also possesses ESP abilities, to uncover the identity of the real spy.
