A distraught widow enlists the help of the Doyles to uncover the reason her late husband bequeathed a substantial inheritance to an unfamiliar woman. Meanwhile, Rose struggles with Martin over their impending divorce, while Mal devises a strategy to eliminate Poole from their lives for good. At the same time, Leslie and Jake settle into a smooth friendship and working relationship, just as Jake's divorce from Nikki reaches its conclusion.
