Episode Overview

After the suspicious owner of a chip truck discovers both his vehicle and his driver, who happens to be his best friend, have vanished, he tricks Jake into investigating the situation. Meanwhile, Martin oversteps a boundary with Rose, prompting her to take action herself. On another front, Jake's divorce is finalized, and he eagerly shares the news with Leslie, relishing his newfound freedom. However, Leslie has just received a promotion to Sergeant and is focused on her career, leaving little room for Jake in her life.
