Episode Overview

Determined to reclaim his neighborhood from the criminals preying on him, Hilton establishes a makeshift neighborhood watch. However, things quickly spiral out of control as the self-appointed leader begins to wreak havoc rather than maintain order. He intimidates a victim fresh from a mugging, has an unsuspecting woman's car towed, and ultimately finds himself in a tough spot when a missing elderly woman is discovered unconscious in the Lucas family's dining room, leaving everyone to question his methods.
