After suffering a significant defeat against Bucky O'Hare, the Toad Air Marshal finds himself expelled from his military position. In a bid to reclaim his former glory, he teams up with a samurai lizard who has ambitions of conquering a nearby planet. Their target? Kanopis III, the home planet of Dead-Eye.
