To help Toad overcome his fear of berserker baboons, ToadBorg invents unique goggles designed to make the baboons appear more like friendly chimps. Meanwhile, the mischievous toads launch an attack on Betelgeusia, aiming to conquer yet another planet. However, Willy DuWitt cleverly manages to reverse the goggles' polarity just in time. Unfortunately, the evil toads have a contingency plan ready to go...
