As the semi-finals unfold, only eight exceptional chefs remain in the race for the prestigious MasterChef title. Tonight, four of these talented individuals will tackle two challenging tasks in hopes of securing a spot in finals week, while the other four will compete in the following episode. These four chefs step outside their usual routines as they experience a masterclass from Michelin-star chef Aktar Islam, known for his innovative Indian cuisine at his acclaimed Birmingham restaurant, Opheem. Aktar begins by demonstrating two dishes focused on the key ingredients of potato and pork. Afterward, the chefs are invited to select from a variety of ingredients to craft their own creations inspired by his teachings.
