As the final four semi-finalists gear up for their intense challenges set by the judges, they have the unique opportunity to learn from esteemed Michelin-starred chef Andrew Wong. Renowned for his avant-garde Chinese cuisine at his London restaurant, A. Wong, Andrew showcases his innovative approach through demonstrations of dim sum and crispy chilli beef. Armed with the inspiration and techniques from his session, the chefs then enter an invention test where they have one hour and thirty minutes to create and present two dishes to Andrew and the panel of judges. The standout chef of the day will secure a coveted spot in finals week.
