Episode Overview

In the third quarter-final, the top four chefs from the week’s heats confront two tough challenges. The first task is an invention test, where each chef must craft a dish highlighting citrus. The judges will be looking for creativity, diversity, and lively execution. Following that, the chefs will prepare meals for two of the UK’s most esteemed restaurant critics, Jay Rayner and Tracy MacLeod. Ultimately, only the two most skilled chefs will advance to the semi-finals.
