The chefs have 90 minutes to prepare two Signature Dishes each—one main course and one dessert—aiming to impress judges Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti, and Gregg Wallace with their unique culinary flair and skills. Can they handle the pressure and deliver their best, or will they stretch themselves too thin? After tasting the dishes, the judges will determine which two chefs will be eliminated and which two have done enough to advance to the quarter-final round.
