Four new professional chefs step into the MasterChef kitchen, ready to showcase their talents. Monica Galetti kicks things off with a pasta challenge, where two contestants must create agnolotti stuffed with burrata and sun-dried tomatoes, complemented by a pea and mint pesto. The delicate process of rolling and filling the pasta requires both precision and skill. Will they manage to stay composed and succeed, or will anxiety get the better of them? Following this, Marcus Wareing presents his challenge: two chefs must cook pan-fried calves liver served with a potato cake and walnut beurre noisette. They must remain focused during the critical 20 minutes, as any lapse could lead to overcooked liver.
