Episode Overview
Four chefs find themselves in a tense elimination round as they showcase their culinary skills in front of Monica Galetti and Gregg. They must prove their worth through a vegetable preparation challenge and a palate test that involves whipping up a hollandaise sauce. The three chefs who survive this initial round are then tasked with the first of two demanding challenges set by Michel and Gregg. They have just 50 minutes to create two dishes featuring tuna steak as the main ingredient. The second challenge, where they will replicate two classic recipes, will take place in the following episode.
