Episode Overview
The three chefs who earned the opportunity to cook for Michel face their ultimate challenge: recreating two classic dishes, poulet aux morilles and far Breton. Only one will advance to the quarter-finals. Meanwhile, four new chefs enter a tense elimination round. In front of Monica and Gregg, they must prove their culinary skills through a mackerel filleting test and a palate challenge where they cook one of the fillets to perfection. The remaining three chefs then confront two additional demanding challenges for the watchful Michel and Gregg. First, they have 50 minutes to create two dishes featuring wood pigeon, followed by the task of replicating classic roast leg of lamb and creamy rice pudding.
