Four chefs are put to the test in a tense elimination round. Tasked with impressing Monica and Gregg, they must showcase their skills by boning a pig's trotter and creating sweet pancakes to prove their culinary talent. The three chefs who advance face even tougher challenges set by Michel and Gregg. They first have just 50 minutes to prepare two dishes featuring venison as the main ingredient. Next, they must replicate two classic dishes: mouclade and apple charlotte, pushing their abilities to the limit.
