Episode Overview

Four chefs find themselves in a tense elimination round, showcasing their culinary skills before Monica Galetti and Gregg. They must impress the judges by mastering a sugar-spinning challenge and crafting bruschetta as part of a palate test to earn the chance to cook for the esteemed Michel. Following that, the three chefs who remain tackle the first of two demanding challenges under the watchful eyes of Michel and Gregg. They have just 50 minutes to create two dishes featuring the key ingredients of mussels and razor clams.
