Episode Overview
The three chefs who qualified to cook for Michel now face their ultimate challenge: they must replicate the classic dishes of coq au vin and plum clafoutis. Only one will advance to the quarter-finals. Meanwhile, four new chefs enter a tense elimination round. Under the watchful eyes of Monica Galetti and Gregg, they must showcase their culinary talents through a skills test involving jointing a chicken and a palate challenge to prepare goujons. The three finalists then confront two additional demanding tests from Michel and Gregg. First, they have 50 minutes to create two dishes featuring lamb rump, followed by a challenge to recreate the classic dishes of soupe à l'oignon and roule marquis.
