In this quarter-final round, the top six chefs from the initial heats must impress Michel and Gregg with a dish of their own creation. Armed with a stunning selection of fresh ingredients like poussin, sea bream, girolles, asparagus, strawberries, and white chocolate, they have to create a standout single course that wows the judges. Only four chefs will advance to the next stage, where they will face three of the toughest restaurant critics in the UK. With just an hour and fifteen minutes to craft two remarkable courses, the pressure is on to deliver a menu that could shape their MasterChef destiny. Ultimately, only the two most skilled chefs will secure a spot in the semi-finals, vying for the title of this year’s Professional MasterChef.
