The final pair of semi-finalists face off in service at The Hand and Flowers, the UK’s sole Michelin-starred pub located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, vying for a spot in the final. Under the guidance of chef-patron Tom Kerridge, they must navigate the intense demands of a Michelin star kitchen, each tasked with crafting a complex dish that requires precision and timely execution. Following this challenge, they will recreate one of Tom’s signature offerings: duck breast with duck fat chips and gravy. Afterward, the semi-finalists return to the studio, where they must create a main course and dessert inspired by their Michelin experience. Once Michel and Gregg evaluate their dishes, they will determine who advances to the final.
