Episode Overview

Alex Polizzi travels to the picturesque coastal town of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight to meet Philip and his daughter Kelly, who manage the Gracellie Hotel. Following years of inconsistent management, worsened by the pandemic and a personal loss, the hotel is now struggling significantly. To turn things around, Philip and Kelly must rediscover their enthusiasm for the family business and work together to revive the Gracellie before it's too late.
