Episode Overview

The Hotel Inspector arrives at Caer Beris Manor, managed by ex-Dubai real estate agent Omar and his wife, Kim, who is joined by her parents, Pete and Angie, both experienced in the pub business. Although they're new to the hotel scene, the family is determined to create a high-end experience, aiming for gourmet dining and a five-star atmosphere at a three-star rate. However, after just completing their first full season, they realize they've taken on more than they can handle.
