Caroline in the City (1995)

Episode Overview

Tensions rise when a demanding elderly neighbor, initially endearing to Caroline, starts to drive her and Annie up the wall by requesting their assistance with a rather delicate task—removing her deceased, unclothed husband from her home. Meanwhile, Richard attempts to sell his car but finds only an odd bidder, Louis, who claims to be a minister and offers the promise of eternal life in return for the vehicle. Meanwhile, Charlie, infatuated with Sophia, the attractive new waitress at Remo's, proposes to give Richard $500—earned from driving the car as a gypsy cab—so he can present the car to Sophia as a romantic gesture. However, Richard opts to keep the car and use it for his own cab service. Amidst all this chaos, Del becomes increasingly preoccupied with the fear of losing his hair and his youthful appearance.
