Caroline in the City (1995)

Episode Overview

Title: Caroline and the Toothbrush Plot: Annie bursts into Caroline and Trevor's space, bubbling with joy that her mother is finally relocating to her aunt's house in the suburbs. Meanwhile, Caroline finds Trevor’s toothbrush left behind and starts to fret about their relationship's rapid pace. She contemplates having a key made for him but decides to hold off after taking Annie's advice—only to discover that Richard has already taken the initiative. Both Richard and Caroline track Trevor to his gym, facing an overly eager employee trying to sell them memberships. In the steam room, Caroline and a perplexed Trevor manage to clear the air. Meanwhile, Del and Charlie concoct a ridiculous plan to kidnap the Central Park groundhog, hoping to dress it in a Caroline in the City cape. Predictably, their antics lead to a comedy of errors, resulting in Annie's mother staying put after all.
