Episode Overview
During a patrol, Anderson and Goldman spot some Viet Cong transporting an American prisoner and manage to capture photos before retreating. Ruiz makes a reckless decision to return down the path for a necklace he lost, inadvertently revealing their position and leading to a comrade's death. Meanwhile, Alex visits Goldman while Zeke heads to the hospital to fix some records, where he unexpectedly saves psychiatrist Jennifer Seymour from a dangerously unhinged LURP. An explosion in the latrine sets off Major Darling, and Anderson speculates that the grenade may have been planted by an American soldier instead of the VC. Taylor is wrongly accused of the act, prompting Anderson and Goldman to work on proving his innocence. Amidst this chaos, Ruiz starts to unravel, and Anderson jeopardizes his growing relationship with Seymour by disclosing confidential information to help clear Taylor’s name.
