Episode Overview
A man is struck by a vehicle outside Danny's bar in a hit-and-run incident. The driver, believed to be Robbi Parker, is a friend of Quincy's girlfriend, Jenny. Concerned about potential repercussions from a new California law that could lead to his bar's closure for serving Robbi while intoxicated, Danny seeks Quincy's assistance. Upon investigating the scene, Quincy discovers that Robbi has undergone significant plastic surgery and realizes that there are no records of her existence prior to four months ago.
