Episode Overview

Quincy is tasked with performing an autopsy on a man who passed away at the county hospital, and he is struck by the skill of the doctor who attempted to save him. However, he soon learns that the patient had initially been taken to another hospital, which refused to admit him due to his lack of insurance. After witnessing a similar incident during a visit to that facility, Quincy resolves to prevent its owner, Dr. Rollins, from acquiring another local hospital and perpetuating the same unethical practices.
