Quincy, M.E. (1976)

Episode Overview

While heading to a Forensic Pathologist convention in Sacramento, Quincy is pulled over by the Sheriff of a small town as he tries to stay alert by leaning out of his car window. Concerned for Quincy's well-being, the Sheriff decides to lock him up for his safety. Later that night, a fire breaks out in the jail, claiming the lives of four inmates. The local authorities label the deaths as accidental, but Quincy, assisting the town's doctor with autopsies, becomes convinced that one of the victims was actually murdered.
