Episode Overview

Vicki Maguire, a woman who has battled agoraphobia for seven years, finally steps outside her home. While walking her dog along the nearby beach, she peers into a house and believes she witnesses a woman being strangled. When the police, Monahan and Brill, arrive, they find no evidence of a crime, just a different man living there. Everyone dismisses her claims, except for her psychologist, Dr. Rainer. Desperate, Vicki approaches Quincy, convincing him that she truly saw something sinister and urging him to help uncover the truth before her fears trap her inside once more.
