Episode Overview

Quincy is set to testify in the appeal of notorious mob boss Victor Ramsay, and his testimony is crucial for keeping Ramsay behind bars. However, Ramsay and his associates have their own plans to ensure his freedom. They eliminate the sole witness and then work to undermine Quincy's credibility. With time running out, Quincy and the District Attorney have only three weeks to gather additional evidence, or Victor Ramsay will walk free.
