Episode Overview

Four chefs draw inspiration from the “olive oil capital” of Italy as they whip up coastal dishes from Puglia. During the appetizer round, one chef's blunder leads to an unpleasant odor filling the kitchen. Meanwhile, an oversized protein dominates the entrée basket. As the competition moves to desserts, the final two chefs face a challenging ingredient in their basket, including cactus, which adds a tricky twist to their creations.
