Episode Overview

Jimmy explores the stunning beauty of Kakadu, including the remarkable Yellow Waters. Lastly, at Moorish Cafe, the first tapas restaurant in Darwin, Jimmy chats with owner Marc Wagnan about the rapid evolution of Darwin’s culinary landscape while tasting their beef brisket sourced from Eva Valley Meats.
