Title: Elly Takes on the Secretary Role Plot: With Miss Hathaway unwell and Mr. Drysdale scheduled to present at a conference, Jed steps in to manage the bank and appoints Elly as his secretary. Meanwhile, Jethro stumbles upon a speech that Drysdale mistakenly uses instead of his original draft. Amidst the chaos, a new teller tries to charm both the men and women at the bank. Jed loans money to a man named Mr. Wilson, who poses as a struggling chicken farmer. As a result, Mr. Drysdale earns the title of "Banker of the Year."
