Episode Overview

Granny whips up a new batch of her famous 'spring tonic' and heads to the bank, where Jed trades it for root beer. Dr. Clyburn plans to accuse Granny of practicing without a license, but Mr. Drysdale pleads with him to reconsider and suggests inviting Granny to his office to showcase modern medicine. Reluctantly, Dr. Clyburn agrees, thinking it will be a simple visit. However, Granny believes it's a romantic rendezvous and thinks Dr. Clyburn is smitten with her. Despite it being his day off, he shows her around, and she notices the lack of patients. Later, Granny takes to television to promote his practice and attract more clientele.
