Arthur Conan Doyle, the famous author and spiritualist, hosts a signing event for his Sherlock Holmes book at Selfridges. During the event, he convinces Harry to organize a séance in the store, which leads to surprising revelations that push the retail tycoon into an important conversation with Lois. In the meantime, Agnes makes her move to the women's fashion department, Doris decides to assist an old friend, Miss Mardle continues to struggle with her feelings for Mr. Grove, and Kitty finds herself the object of someone’s secret affection.
