Frank, a prominent American retail mogul and the mind behind the well-known High Street chain, is excited about the upcoming opening of a Woolworth’s in Brixton. However, when he brings up the idea of a West End location, it ruffles Harry’s feathers. Meanwhile, Lady Mae is keen to introduce young Rosalie to some suitable Society bachelors. Kitty and Doris compete for the Senior Assistant position in Accessories, undergoing interviews with Mr. Grove. Unexpectedly, Ellen Love arrives at the Palm Court, accompanied by Tony Travers. Victor has a proposal in mind for Lady Mae.
